Yup so presentation was over yesterday. I screwed up my POD1.

It's okay, I'm gonna remix to make sure it sounds good, and edit the film again. Woohoo

FINAL POD

Alright I'm next. Phew.

Yup I can't present my new video, I just can't get that right.

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR, HAPPY WORKING

Sigh, i really don't feel that my final pod will be better than my pod1 and pod2.

1. Lowered the key for POD1, it ended up becoming harder to sing -.-
2. Changed cliche storyline for music video, it ended up becoming too complicated and tougher to express
3. DAMN POOR LIGHTING
4. Tried to re-record the only two words i thought wasn't too nice for POD2, but now i feel the re-recorded one is not as nice as the previous one :(
5. Don't think i have the chance to record a choir for POD2 anymore

In short, I'm screwed.

MY VIDEO IS IN DANGER...

So I spent the last weekend re-filming all the scenes I had to film for my music video. Turned out that the scenes that I re-filmed became much more problematic than the previous footage because of horrible interior lightings and that I didn't manage to borrow a dolly. I'm really worried now that the video will really pull the entire POD1 down D: ahhhhh.

Trying very hard to save the badly filmed footages. Colour correction, brightness adjustment, effects and all. I really need to learn more on lighting techniques and managing the equipments before attempting to do another project like that.

Now I really hope my supposedly "improved" storyline which is far more complicated, can be portrayed well enough. Can't stop worrying. I still have my vocal recording not settled, the mix, and POD2...........There's no way I can complete if presentation's still on 31st Jan really.

Final POD 1 Amendments!

So changes I want to make to my Music Video...

• Drop the key by one (to E minor)
• Re-record electric guitar
• Re-record bass
• Re-record vocals, get one lead singer
• *Change the storyline of the music video
• Re-film! (Lip sync and main scenes)

There's less than two weeks now, and this is only the changes for Pod1. arghhh. And i'm gonna have problems trying to coordinate the timing for filming because the everyone's so busy now. Sighhhhh. Okay for now it's just getting the song done first at least!

POD2 Comments WOOHOO

Okay i better write this down before i forget! hahah

And so the comments were:

1. Horns at the interlude towards the last chorus sounds too muffled, it is an important part so it needs to come out more!
2. Don't write too thick harmonies if I intend to record a real choir at the last chorus, probably can have sop and alto sing unison just to thicken up the sound.
3. Maybe have all the instruments come in once again at the ending after Amelia's last sentence, to end the song "properly"? hahah
4. Michael Spicer: "Sounds like a Singapore song!" DDDDD: NOOOOOO.
